Webmaster - Sydney (contract)
This role requires taking control of a commercial website and it's associated technologies. You will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining and supporting web communication delivery and content management platforms across the corporate Internet, Intranet & Extranet.
You will be responsible for:
- design and build web delivery and content management platforms
- monitor and maintain web delivery infrastructure
- maintain web infrastructure and content management security
- provide application and system support
- develop and maintain procedures and documentation
- analyse web channel usage
- research, assess, test new and unutilised capabilities of the web delivery technologies
- manage and maintain licensing and support agreement with 3rd party providers
To be considered for this role you will need:
- extensive experience in designing and managing content management and web delivery technologies
- ability to code in internet programming languages, including HTML and .Net
- experience designing, implementing and managing content management systems
- familiarity with open source web delivery technologies
- ability to present ideas and manage stakeholders and third party suppliers
- familiarity with marketing and e-marketing methods and how to facilitate these through the web.

Test Managers (contract), Sydney
We are looking for Test Managers who have financial services experience. Two roles, one is to work on an integration project while the other is to develop a new HR/Payroll system.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement/management skills are required. Application Support Manager - Sydney (Perm)
This role is to own, manage and develop the Information Management Enterprise Application within a large, complex IT operational environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Support project delivery framework and resource management processes
- Maintain and improve KPI's
- Apply, utilise and follow ITSM processes and behaviours
- contribute to the creation and agreement of SLA's. Measure monitor and report SLA and other performance measures for support activities

To be considered for this role:
- performed a similar role within a large and complex IT operational environment
- have 5- 10 years experience in application support
- knowledge of a wide range of IT disciplines including application development, operations, architecture, project/process management, service and vendor management and experience with various operational and development methodologies
- experience in organisational change management and people management
- detailed understanding of ITIL service management framework.
- preference for understanding and knolwedge of Oracle UCM and/or Autonomy however experience with information management systems and moving information from one system to another in an enterprise environment is suitable
- ideally ITIL V3 certification.

Information Security Consultant - Sydney (Perm)
This role, working in a large complex environment, involves developing, implementing, maintaining the companies Information Security Management Framework and investigate and resolve information security related issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- undertake regular information security configuration review
- provide regular reporting of appropriate metrics
- work with managed security service vendors
- perform external and internal vulnerability scans
- maintain information security risk register
- perform risk assessment and reviews on new projects
- review existing application systems and infrastructure
- lead/facilitate information security workshops
- identify and remediate threats and risks.
Skills and experience required:
- 10 years in IT with 5+ years in Information Security
- Ability to perform information security risk assessments
- Proficient with common information security tools
- experience working with vendors
- understanding of a wide range of technologies including security infrastructure such as firewalls, proxies, endpoint security, remote access gateway, authentication.
- CISSP, CISM or similar certs would be preferred
- experience with SCADA environments and virtual machines

Business Process & Information Manager - Sydney (Perm)
This role is to build and sustain business process and data/information management practices. As Practice Leader you will:
- act as business process consultant
- define and establish a business process and data/infiormation practice
- lead the definition, establishment, operation and evolution of a Business Process & Information Management practice.
- assess the level of BPM capability maturity across the organisation and develop and implement a roadmap to improve this.
- champion the use of the BPM methodology and approach
- identify and facilitate opportunities to provide BPM services within the organisation
- lead a team of process and information management consultants
To be considered you will need to demonstrate:
- extensive experience in a range of management roles in complex corporate environments
- leadership experience in developing and governing business process management and information management in complex corporate environments
- knowledge of management practices including business planning, score carding, business process management, portfolio and risk management
- experience across the family of BPM with a deep understanding of one of the BPM disciplines
- industry certifications in business process management and information management desired.
